A clean and pure melt is the prerequisite for the production of aluminum castings of high quality.
Impurities in melting can have different causes and leads mainly to strong accumulation of the liquid metal with oxides and hydrogen.

The degassing units of Hindenlang GmbH are used for automatic melt treatment of aluminum alloys and guarantee the highest purity and quality of the melt in a short treatment time.

The position of the unit will be next to the furnace / furnaces.

By starting the automatic process the covwer handling device rotates to the cover to replace it from the furnace.
Following the boom with the rotor – shaft unit rotates to the top of the furnace and begins the treatment.
